Working on Lynx was great fun, we did a lot. We build a strong social presence. It’s an iconic UK brand.


Then one night, Channel 4 aired a documentary about Dogging.


One of the main characters in the documentary named Les pulls out a can of Lynx to prepare for his night of… Dogging.


Twitter exploded, we needed to respond and manage this situation in real-time. We had a trusting client and super smart social media manager.


11pm over Whatsapp, a tweet is devised, it is put out there.


The next morning we reconvene for a formal response.


Respect is gained. Everyone is able to laugh about the situation. Lynx remains safe to spray another day.
